On the outskirts of Lorca, protected by the mountain where you can also find the famous castle, you will find Finca el Olivo. You will be able to choose your own design, distribution, materials and details.

In Finca El Olivo you will be living in a large plot of 20.000 m², in which you will have built a villa with swimming pool to your liking. Besides, in Finca El Olivo we pay special attention to creating a lifestyle with energy saving on mind, without losing in comfort and luxury. We build the villas to ¨catch¨ the sun in the Winter months and to keep cool in the warm periods. Every villa will have its own electricity from its own solar panels so you can see how much energy you need and you will never again get an energy bill.

Within Finca El Olivo we have developed a couple of ´standard´ models. On the final design of your villa you can use one of these models and make some changes, extensions etc. to the model you like best. Besides that you also have the possibility to make a new design. When you already have an idea of how your perfect Spanish villa should be, you can bring your design, so we can discuss and develop this idea.
