We put our apartment up for sale with NICLA-RMB in mid October 23. They Found a buyer within two weeks due to realistic pricing and good professionalism on their part. Purchase completed on December 11th along with Bankers Draft. We could not be more satisfied with their service. Can highly recommend them, they are polite but straight talking ; they do not give you unrealistic and unachievable valuations ,hence their success in selling property is top draw.

From the outset Claus and his company NICLA were very efficient, helpful and professional. My questions were answered fully and promptly either in person or by email. The video that was taken as part of the selling process was excellent and showed the property in its full potential Although it took some time to sell (because of the market at the time followed by Covid!) at no time did I feel that I was being pushed into reducing the price. I first met Claus of NICLA-RMB only 4 weeks before we got the keys to our new house in Vera Mar. From initially viewing their excellent video, to finally signing at the Notaria, Claus and his team worked hard to make the sale, agree the contract and purchase the property. Both buyer and seller extremely happy with their service. Even post sale, their help and speedy assistance in getting answers to a few queries has been outstanding.
